NASA Mission Patches

Graphic design support for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. While in the Arizona desert during rover field testing in 2008, the rover was running tractor tires, and we noticed the tires making interesting patterns in the gravel. This pattern was used as the basis for creating the text for the first patch design in 2008. Because these were vehicle prototypes, used for analog test missions, the patches were produced in extremely limited quantities, and very few are still in existence today.
